SURROUNDING AREA ARE SCARY A BIT.FULL WITH FOREIGNERS.

Loved the property and mostly everything about it. Clean, peaceful and centrally located with very helpful staff.As a solo female traveler felt quite safe and comfortable staying here.

Nothing major, I feel it was a very good stay so just positive vibes.

The staffs are friendly. A 7-11 nears the hotel.

Breakfast only a few choices. And provided slowly.

The room was okay and value for the money. The lift service was good and decoration of the hotel was pretty.

The staff was not helpful his name was Mr. Salleh. The parking is not free flat rate of RM 7 which you need to come reception to make payment. There is nothing around the hotel as it was a like a dead building around the area. There is no shuttle bus to KL since MCO. Their in house restaurant only serve breakfast.

Hotel is nice,room are ok accept in room 1257 the sofa torn..access road leading hotel dirty,uneven and dusty,without waze u be lost..v nice seating area outside main lobby...parking was 3star.

The run down mall give bad inpresion to my eyes.

Not really my kind cup of tea… stay one night okay i guess… not really enjoy the stay….

- The restaurant is open for lunch or dinner. - not many food restaurant choices in that area (walking distance) - cannot open blinds on day light…. No privacy at all… i literally can see the neighbours guests activities and personal belongings - too near to road side and very noisy…. Not really sound proof

Good location, excellent breakfast!

The parking fee was shockingly expensive. Anyhow, with the parking voucher, I only paid RM7. The staff did not inform about purchasing a voucher for parking, hence went a big round and wasted time.

NOTHING!! I AND MY PARTNER FOR THE FIRST TIME PLANNING VACATION SINCE IT'S A LONG WEEKEND FOR US WAS RUINED BECAUSE THIS IBIS HOTEL? this is not ibis but "iblis"..

BROKEN ENGLISH RECEPTIONIST..YOUR RECEPTIONIST UNABLE TO PROPERLY EXPLAIN TO GUEST WHEN GUEST ASK QUESTIONS.

Noisy, not clean, bad location

The location which is near to the LRT/MRT and eateries, friendly staffs and comfy room.

The water flow for the shower is slightly slow.

Room is clean. Food is delicious. The stay was comfortable.

Hazardous gas leaked.

Received a room with gas leaking issue. When i first entered there was a strong ammonia-like chemical smell (it was the refrigerant, & mind you, gas leaking was not a small housekeeping issue. The gas was TOXIC which can cause poisoning). We went down and requested to change our room but instead they made us wait for their technician to come and check. And the technician in fact admitted it was gas leaking from the refrigerator and asked us to change room. Had to go down again to change room just to receive a room CONNECTED to our previous room. But it was already too late, after 10pm, and the smell in the new room was not as strong and we were out of energy to argue. So we just stayed over a night & left as early as 6am. Btw, there were no apologies from the hotel or whatever.

The malay girl receptionist at 8.40pm 25th dec..kinda rude and unproffesional..dont expect us as the guest to know everything..u as the receptionist should explain in every matter eg for the parking ticket..no one inform us to take the parking ticket rather then use the touch n go..ended up pay RM20 instead of RM6.40..with this kinda service better put a kiosk machine instead of a human receptionist..atleast a small info of taking the parking ticket to enjoy the RM6.40 parking instead of using touch n go will be more then helpful..dont just mention already paste info at the machine atleast as a receptionist guide ur customer..very dissapointing..

Not happy with cleanliness - Under the bed dust, We found baby cockroach crawling at nightRoom size - Very small for a familyNot enough restaurants around the hotel

It is a nice clean and comfortable place, simple but relatively cheap.

The area is a bit run down, but at least it is close to a metro station. Breakfast was OK but only just and no evening meal or room service so a bit difficult if you are arriving late and want something to eat.

Parking lot so creapy..water pressure too low and air cond need sometime to cool down the room.

It was as expected, an Ibis. Nothing special but ok.

They couldn't organise a taxi. It was odd as Ibis is an international hotel chain. They only had a taxi driver on call, Mr. Lin. He didn't answer, so the front desk said there's no other taxi they can call. In the end the lady at the reception called us very late and offered us a taxi that was 17 times the price of the taxi we organised ourselves. Seemed like some sort of a racket.

The staff and room was okay.

The breakfast was very very not good. i paid extra for the breakfast, and it was nothing. only fried rice with sausages and some few sauces.

Great location close to Chan Sow Lin station, many shops and restaurants around. The shower has strong pressure and has hot water. Clean towels were provided. Shower equipped with shower gel/shampoo/soap. You get a free toothbrush + toothpaste + bottle of water. The aircon worked well, they provided us with two room keys.

When I entered the room I was welcomed with two dead cockroaches under the sofa, the room has many dark spots (under bed, under sofa, under shoe rack, under security box, under the fridge) and dim light plus a dark floor, this design probably makes it easier for roaches to hide. The shower door can't be locked

Shower water pressure was so low..i stay at 10th floor room.
